In line with our vision of becoming a Model Filipino Enterprise, the Pioneer Group has created a Management Trainee Program to train and develop fresh graduates to assume managerial positions. At the end of the 2-year program, the Management Trainee can expect to have a thorough grasp of risk management and underwriting across all non-life insurance lines. The right candidate can look forward to joining Pioneer Insurance’s management team as an Assistant Manager.

The Management Trainee candidate we are looking for is customer- and quality-oriented with excellent communication skills. He/She is organized, articulate, and fluent in English, personable with good interpersonal skills, interested and able to interact with people from different levels of the organization, and is willing to travel.
