I. GENERAL PROCEDURES

1. Own Damage - Property

You may have the car repaired at our accredited repair shop or opt for a cash settlement. For the convenience of our clients, our Head Office and any branch may settle claims against policies obtained from other branches.

For claims amounting to PhP15,000 or less, Pioneer Fastbreak offers fast and fair settlement of claims within 3 hours. Note that Fastbreak is done only at our Head Office in Makati.

    1. Cash Settlement

        1. Bring your car for inspection to any of our offices and submit the required documents listed below.

        2. Upon notification from our office, claim your check after signing the Release of Claim.

    2. Repair at Accredited Shops

For our mutual protection, we shall settle claims only with our accredited shops, unless you opt for cash settlement. These shops were chosen for their quality service and workmanship, as well as their reasonable pricing.

Following are the steps in the settlement process for this option:

        1. Call the office where you obtained your policy for the list of accredited shops and make your choice.

        2. Bring your car to your preferred accredited shop together with the documents listed below. If the car needs to be towed, and your chosen repair shop is non-casa, you may ask for the repair shop's assistance in towing the car.

        3. If your chosen shop is Diamond Motors or a non-casa repair shop, they will handle all the coordination for the claims settlement with us as an added service to their customers. Therefore you may submit all the required documents to them. However, if your chosen shop is a casa other than Diamond Motors, you should submit the required documents to the nearest Pioneer Office.

        4. Get your car from the accredited repair shop upon notification that repairs have been completed.

        5. Sign the Release of Claims and Subrogation Agreement.

        1. Name of confined patients

        2. Name and address of hospital

        3. Description of injury

        4. Period of confinement
